DSGroupBook a call

One process. A measured result.

I automate one costly process in 3–6 weeks

We choose one manual step, build a working flow and measure whether it saves time or improves response.

scope
One process
one owner and one condition for success
start
30 minutes
to check cost, data and risk
proof
3 public systems
webchat, Q&A and hotel heating

Three recurring places where time is lost

If one of these returns every day, its cost can be measured and a small test can be chosen.

Area 01

Website inquiries wait too long for a reply

What the system does

Webchat captures the topic and contact details before a person replies.

Measure

Time to first response, number of topics captured before the offer

Source: Lead Response Management Study

Area 02

Price lists and procedures are scattered across files

What the system does

A knowledge base answers with a source link and shows the current material.

Measure

Time to find an answer, number of team questions per day

Area 03

Nobody knows which manual step to automate first

What the system does

A short diagnosis identifies one step, its cost and a measurable test condition.

Measure

Hours of work saved per month

Three public examples show the type of flow, answer and operational signal the work produces.

First-contact webchat on sterujhotelem.pl

Webchat that qualifies cases

A webchat inquiry becomes an ordered case summary for a person.

Hotel heating under control

The hotel sees room signals and can limit heating losses.

From one process to a measured decision

  1. 01

    We choose the process

We identify one step, its owner, cost, data, risk and the condition for a sensible test.

  2. 02

    We build a working flow

A small system is built: webchat, knowledge base or task handoff on real cases.

  3. 03

We measure the result and scale

After launch we check time, handled cases and the decision: scale, improve or stop.

Start with a small deployment

You pay for a working, accepted scope. Implementation includes a test environment, acceptance against agreed scenarios and 14 days of post-launch fixes. Hosting, model usage and extra integrations are quoted separately. Order an implementation within 30 days and the diagnostic fee is credited in full. If automation does not make sense, the engagement ends with the diagnostic.

One-process diagnostic

from PLN 1,490 · within 3 business days

A map of one process, manual-work cost, risks and a written decision with an implementation quote.

Source-backed knowledge base

from PLN 5,900 · 2 weeks

Up to 30 documents and 300 pages total, source-linked answers, tests, launch and a handover guide.

Webchat with human handoff

from PLN 7,900 · 2–3 weeks

One website, one language, email or webhook handoff, tests, launch and a handover guide.

Choose one process to diagnose

After the call you will know whether to automate it now, postpone it or leave it unchanged.

When this makes sense

How does cooperation with DSGroup start?
Use the contact page to arrange a 30-minute diagnostic. We select one process and define its cost, data, risk and success condition.
How long does an AI automation implementation take?
The scope and timeline are set after the audit. The starting packages above list their expected duration.
How is DSGroup different from a software house?
DSGroup tests one costly process with a working flow and a measured result. A large rebuild remains a separate project.
